the capstone project for my associate's degree! a lowkey rushed 44-page comic i put the old blood sweat and tears into. as i'm typing this two months on the callus on, my right middle finger still remains...

this was a concept i'd been milling around in my head for a while - i wanted to challenge myself to create something more within the realm of horror, a genre in which i'm not super confident and lacking in experience. as a result of this comic i realize it's a space i love working within; it was really fun trying to build ambience and atmosphere (i finally got off my ass and learned how to draw backgrounds!) i wish i had more time with this project, but this comic, tentatively titled "trench," is absolutely something i'd love to carry forward (i plan to do so anyway). look out for maybe a chapter or two in the future!! as the "pilot" to this general idea, the comic above exists outside of any real chronology - don't expect a direct follow up, but an actual proper beginning.
